Guild Wars
Two guilds can fight a war in which the kills between them are not punished. A war is declared and accepted on the website, and it always starts at a server save.
Overview
- A war is arranged on the page of your guild, in the War Invites section.
- Only the guild leader can send, accept or cancel a war invitation.
- A guild can have only one war at a time, running or scheduled.
- A war never starts right after it is accepted. It starts at a server save.
Declaring a war
The leader of a guild sends an invitation to another guild and chooses:
- Target Kills: how many kills end the war.
- War Starts: the day the war starts. It can be at most 30 days from now.
The leader of the invited guild accepts the invitation on the page of their guild. The guild that sent the invitation can cancel it as long as it has not been accepted.
Leaders and vice leaders of the invited guild see the invitation under the bell in the navigation.
When does the war start?
The game server restarts once a day at the server save (10:00 UTC), and wars begin only then.
- The war starts at the server save of the day chosen in the invitation.
- If the invitation is accepted after that server save, the war starts at the next server save.
Example: the invitation says the war starts on Friday. It is accepted on Wednesday, so the war starts at the server save on Friday. If it is accepted on Saturday instead, the war starts at the server save on Sunday.
Until then the war is shown as scheduled on the page of both guilds and on the Guild Wars page, together with the date it starts. All members of both guilds get a notification when the war is scheduled and when it has started.
During the war
- Kills between the two guilds are not unjustified. They give no frag and no skull, see the PvP System.
- Every kill is announced on the guild channel of both guilds.
- The current score is on the Guild Wars page.
- A guild cannot be disbanded and cannot send another war invitation while it has a running or scheduled war.
End of the war
The war ends as soon as the kills of both guilds together reach the Target Kills of the invitation. From that moment kills are no longer counted or announced, the war is shown as ended, and both guilds get a message on their guild channel.
The two guilds stay at war in the game until the next server save. Until then, kills between them still give no frag and no skull.
A running war cannot be cancelled.
