1. Service Provider

The digital service is provided by OldCores (sole proprietorship, registered in Poland). Business details will be displayed on the website and available upon request via support@oldcores.com.

2. Merchant of Record and Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe Managed Payments. Stripe acts as the Merchant of Record and the seller of record for payments completed via the Stripe checkout. The seller details and tax information shown at checkout and on your receipt are provided by Stripe.

OldCores provides the digital service and support for in-game purchases. For questions about your payment, refund, or dispute, please contact support so we can assist or coordinate with Stripe where required.

3. Prices, Taxes, and Delivery

Prices displayed on the website are shown in your selected currency and include applicable taxes where required. Final tax and any applicable fees are calculated and displayed at checkout by Stripe.

OldCores Coins and other digital goods are delivered immediately to your account upon successful payment.

4. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

If you are a consumer in the EEA/UK, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. However, for digital content delivered immediately (such as OldCores Coins), this right is lost once delivery begins with your express consent and acknowledgment of that loss. By completing a purchase, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge the loss of the withdrawal right for that purchase.

5. Complaints and Support

If you have issues with a purchase or the service, contact support@oldcores.com with your account name and transaction details. We will review complaints in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Rules and Account Termination

While playing OldCores, you must follow the Game Rules. Violations may result in account suspension or termination and loss of access to digital content.

7. Liability

The software, game, and services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data, items, or accounts due to system downtime or gameplay adjustments.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, mandatory provisions of your country of residence may also apply. OldCores is neither willing nor required to take part in out-of-court dispute resolution.
